In an interest to see continued improvement in the game, I would like to take an opportunity and poll you guys, the players of RFK, the following questions:
What are you wanting out of this game? What will make you recommend it to your friends?
Please post your comments/discussion below.

As someone who has recruited a few players the major complaint is the lack of plot outside of politics. As someone who can't really get into the politics due to ic recourse. I'm left with nothing else to really play and find it hard to get rp other wise. So plot is always the thing that drives me and keeps away the pvp aspect of the game.
Another note. Plot that people can get into and not be taken or stolen. Like Coterie Plots, Covenant Plots or even Clan plots.

What I look for in a game generally is a place that has a fun, inclusive OOC dynamic, a fair and involved staff, and a dynamic environment in which to roleplay. Where there is a welcoming, positive OOC atmosphere, even where there is some IC backstabbing and gossiping, the game is fun to play. Where staff is active and involved, characters can impact the environment around them, engage in/deal with plots, and can be proactive in initiating stories of their own. In places with a dynamic environment, there are enough external factors introduced to keep roleplay interesting - so that there isn't a fall back to constant bar/coffee shop/Elysium scenes talking about nothing. Dynamics might be shifting sands of IC politics, the kinds that are created with the notion of codified status, with limited resources and positions of influence available, and with external threats and opportunities. These things let us talk about something and focus on something, although the light, social RP is also nice to have.
For Phineas personally, the answer is a little different. He's a very powerful character. It's hard to make plots that will challenge him that will also challenge others. This is part of why I play him as a "hands off" Prince, one who lets the 'underlings' handle things and so foster improvement in themselves. Also, it lets him focus his efforts on his Covenant-based interests. So, for Phineas in particular, I'm looking for quality RP and to have peripheral involvement in plots - to be able to contribute ideas, rather than participate directly. To handle a bit of the management required, while still having the time to play my own story.
I had hoped to create a system where there would be internal conflict and tension within the clans and covenants, people vying for resources within those groups and the larger Praxis. To have layers of gamesmanship possible. Honestly, we don't have the playerbase for that anymore. Territories and bloodpool are plentiful. Political positions are available. I think we need to scale back government so that not everyone has their own position (so there's something to aspire to and work/backstab toward). We may need to scale back the grid resources available for the same reason.
Overall, I think we need to create a positive OOC dynamic and have staff run plots for players that are exciting and inclusive. We may need to adjust to being a smaller game - nothing wrong with that at all. Tabletop games are lots of fun with small groups, after all. I'm interested to see what people have to say and how I can also help with the process, given my character's position.

On XV's note, I agree with Clan/Covenant plots. That was one of the motivating ideas for the creation of Enclaves. That territorial concerns could be addressed by the Clan and Covenant itself, without recourse to something of 'Praxis wide concern'. Local threats tailored to the theme of the relevant group. Yes.

As a rule, I would like to see some interesting plots regarding conflicts which encourage IC player conflicts. Valuable resources, issues which could cause rifts between political alliances and maybe even IC internal conflict. This is difficult to balance without OOC intervention, but I generally find Kingsmouth mostly doesn't get OOCly involved with the conflicts beyond 'This is rather fun!'
I already recommend this game to my friends. It's fun, inclusive, and OOCly friendly whilst simultaneously ICly dirty and brutal! The charm of Kingsmouth is that NPCs don't drive the plot, the players do. The Prince has to balance between Invictus nipping at his heels and the other covenants, the Invictus have to maintain their power, the Carthians have to re-establish, the Circle have to find leadership an dunity, and the Lance have to establish their laity and grow. Everyone's got wonderful driving factors for their play.
The only flaw I see isn't something necessarily one the STs can manage and that's we all tend to bubble up and RP with certain characters and miss out on everyone else. This can be encouraged to be eliminated and it's not anyone's fault this happens, it just does from time to time. Helping people break up these bubbles and encouraging them to interact would be interesting, though how precisely is beyond me.
Keep up the wonderful work y'all do! <3

Regularly run plot in general would be nice to see and I think might draw people into the game more. Right now I would recommend the game to people I know enjoy Sociopolitical plot but who do not mind having minimal Storyline.

One of the things that make Vampire games great, and helps drive the game without lots of ST interference is a resource struggle. It seems to me (and I may be wrong!) that there are a lot of Territories - more than enough for the Kindred in the game to not have to come into conflict with each other. Finding some way to put a squeeze on how much blood is available would be fun and drive a lot of players into conflict, which will help drive the game.
I always like plot, but my character is likely to ignore it unless it's directly affecting him, or if it's something he's asked to participate in. On that note, I would appreciate clan and covenant specific plots.
All in all, I've had fun playing this game, and I haven't had any reason to complain thus far. I can play at my own pace - which is a big deal for me - if I don't log on for a week, I don't get left behind, which is great. I haven't had a negative OOC experience with anyone, which is also great.
